Beware: I had a terrible experience here getting a ring re-sized. The service was terrible, and the attendant wrote down the wrong size initially even after I triple checked it with them. The person who did the work also added 3 new scratches into my ring which he did not fix. I had never worn this ring prior to bringing it in for resizing due to it being too big so I know for a fact they weren’t there before (and I have a photo of the ring to prove it before resizing). I came here and had the worst experience ever very rude. And the jewelry is fake my daughter ear broke out so bad the emergency room had to cut ear open to make sure it didn’t kill the skin she’s only 2 ear will never be the same. I told the store manager they broke the number and said she don’t care

I always come to this store for questions, advices, jewlery window shopping, watch fixes and basically every jewlery wants I have, I have been coming here for more than a decade. From the store manager all the way to the associate, they have always been amazing at their customer service, hospitality, honest opinion, and not rushing their customers to make a purchase. My last visit, the manager fixed my watch wrist sizing free of charge soo meek and humbly. I highly recommend everyone to come here for all/any of their jewlery... read more
