We had the pleasure of working with Elation Real Estate for our recent home purchase in Livermore, CA. Patty Recupero and Heather McDonald are one of a kind realtors. They brought different and unique approaches to helping us search for our perfect home. With our multi-generational family-- Grandma, teenage twins and a small farm of pets, these women were patient and resourceful as we searched. We worked with Linda Traurig on the selling of my parent’s rental property in Tracy. Linda navigated the situation wonderfully. She worked with all the contractors for the needed repairs and worked seemlessly with my mother. She was incredibly patient, yet moved the buying/selling process along with urgency. I am elated to write about Elation! I recently completed my 4th transaction with Gina Piper and her team. They knocked it out of the park in every aspect! They helped get the house in tip-top shape (Shawn even did some of the gardening) by managing service providers, they had it beautifully staged and created captivating brochures, kept me informed (timely) throughout the process, hosted many open houses, and provided wise counsel when reviewing offers.
