booked a massage through classpass. no one is responding to the phone calls. studio was closed. contact me for a refund.
My reservation with Classpass never went through, even though I received an email confirmation and had it under Upcoming in Classpass. Very disappointed, had to pay with a card, while was supposed to use my Classpass credits. Something is wrong with their system.
I just had one of the best massages with Cici. I work out regularly, so my muscles are pretty sore, but she was the perfect combination of strong & gentle. Her movements were fluid and targeted. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely well taken care of. Highly recommend her!
