My initial experience with Elate was great. I was given a quote immediately and informed about the process. I booked my move on 05/27, a month before I actually needed to move. On 06/26, I received a text that said the movers will arrive on 06/27 between 9am-9:30. At 4:45pm the day before the move, I had a missed call and a follow up text message that stated “ Hello Genne, I tried to call you and failed, the truck that was assigned for you tomorrow, the breaks are having issues and for that reason we have to cancel this book... read more
Dennis and team helped us with our long distance move from Vancouver, BC to Washington DC. They were the only company we found that offered a guaranteed delivery within 5 days. They were professional and did everything we needed them to. Highly recommend Elate.
