We had a terrible experience moving from NY to Miami with Elate Movers. The owner promised a truck with enough space and a dedicated crew of 5–6 movers, neither happened. Only part of our apartment was packed before most of the crew left, leaving just one mover and a helper to finish the job. Despite clearly requesting full white glove service (including unpacking), they conveniently left unpacking out of the contract, denied we asked for it, and tried to charge us extra after delivery.
