They conveniently hang up every time you call them. Can never get ahold of the PCA manager. They never call when a PCA is going to be late or isn’t going to show up. And there is no way to get through to them to ask questions or leave a complaint. If you really need PCA assistance on a regular basis this is definitely not the place to get it from. Frankly, I was quite surprised by such low reviews. The nurses took very good care of my needs as did PT. I can't give a 5 due to inconsistent scheduling a few times, but that was a minor issue. All personnel were caring and professional. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

After using Elara a few weeks, they started not precalling to schedule appointments and were showing up days late and coming later than the time set. Plus my pic-line needs changed on a regular routine which was stressed by Dr. So I had to let them go, for weeks, they have not sent my Dr a release form, which is needed so I can get supplies from a company. I received physical therapy at home from their physical therapists. They were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated their services and will ask for them if I need help again.

The PCA part of this company really doesn’t help you the case manager lets them cut your hours back to nothing and then the PCA’s managers don’t do their jobs. Don’t answer their phones when you call them bad company. Not recommended by me —⭐️
