Excellent in healthcare Because they really care good job over there
If I could give Elara a zero I would. Our nurse is phenomenal but their office is absolutely horrible. My husband is awaiting a kidney transplant and in kidney failure so he has frequent hospital stays (which is to be expected in his state) since being under Elaras care they told him he has one more hospitalization before they don’t take him back because their hospitalization rates are important. Select few from this organization that actually show up within the time window they call the night before with, the others either late or just leave you hanging all day and never show up. I am not impressed at all with this company.
Good service. Courtney was a very caring and helpful nurse, she is professional and friendly! She is an asset to this company!!
