The nurse, PT, and OT who came to my house after I had surgery were professional and nice. However, the person who called me to “explain” my options was rude and talked over me. I finally said (while she was still talking) that if she didn’t be quiet and give me a chance to talk, I was going to hang up. She never quit talking so I hung up. I cannot recommend this company.
Elara Caring Hospice was a true blessing for our family. The team treated our mother with compassion, dignity, and respect through her entire time under their care. Their support, professionalism, and heartfelt care gave us peace during her journey. I highly recommend them to anyone needing hospice care for a loved one. Love Rhonda & Pam
This company was very disrespectful and color discriminating and very unprofessional and how they handled the client and the client's power of attorney it's a shame that people are still in discriminating and color and acting as children instead of professional helping the elderly
