We had bad storms. Tree up rooted and we had no electricity for two days no one called to check on us but our caregiver Becca. She came and made sure we was cause we had no phone service. She made sure we was okay and she made sure we had food. She made sure that our tree that was up rooted was taken care of so we wouldn't do it ourselves. She is caring and loving woman. Elara is not in home health care to help people needing help ,The company does not care about their employees . Are in for the money only. They do have an employee, that is an Angel. She is called Becca ! My S/O went to the hospital with the help of his in home helper, She drove us to the VA hospital . The combat wounded veteran was sent to Poplar bluff Regional hospital. She drove me there ,She was our transportation at that moment. She called Elara ,to keep them updated. She was greeted with , You were to leave them at VA ... read more
