Very unprofessional and staff is always angry
She hang up in my face she said bye while i was till talking she didnt even wait for me finish to talk i finally see why and the reason i was waiting to answer why i put this rate and i never get paid for the orientation
Their operators are rude and robotic. If your aide calls in, youre on hold for over an hour and cant usually get someone same day. They seem to have no substitute system so you have to rearrange your whole schedule. Their aides can call in anytime they feel like it so you're stuck.
