My experience with Elara Caring has been a mix, but I’d like to highlight how helpful Vanessa has been throughout the hiring process. She’s very communicative, professional, and sweet, and she always follows up as promised — I should be hearing back from her by the end of this week. While I did encounter a staff member on the phone who came across as rude and dismissive, I truly appreciate Vanessa’s support. She’s a great person to work with, and she makes the process much smoother.

I was in the hiring process with Elara Caring (Medford, NY) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Vanessa, the person handling my onboarding, didn’t respond to me for an entire week after having me complete fingerprinting and other requirements. When I tried following up by calling the office, the woman who answered was incredibly rude and dismissive. *I DO NOT RECOMMEND* working with this company at all. They take forever to get back with you about everything, didn’t pay me for the “paid training,” emailed to ask if I could pick up my certificates and my number was blocked (by the person who recruited me in the first place) (Magdaris Peralta), I was never scheduled for “paid orientation” because (Shirley Fajardo) asked me to send necessary documents to her via email and when I went to the “paid training” they didn’t have anything that I emailed to (Shirley Fajardo) I was... read more
