This is the most unprofessional, non caring public service agent that I have ever dealt with. The managers in the South Bend/Mishawaka office show no concern for the families or the patients. They hide behind their voice mails and send untrained nurses to your home just to fill a case. I even had one nurse express to me that she wished they had more in service training. The nurses constantly complain about their low pay and many do the minimum work thus taking it out on the patient. I have had one nurse come to my home twice... read more

This company has been nothing but supportive and attentive to my mother who has been with them for the last 5 years. She is currently receiving hospice care and the hospice staff have been amazing as well. This is a reliable company that takes away the suffering from the patient, anxiety from the family and ensures all I’s are dotted and all T’s are crossed. Thank God for home health services who are patient and family oriented!

Appointment made for Monday morning, no show, no call nothing!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL I don’t care how overwhelming your home life gets, your clients should be a priority, this therapist has been late in the past, & not very apologetic for her tardiness,,, elderly need consistency, you make an appointment, stick to it
