My Dad just went on Hospice last night at a nursing facility. I have delt with 3 different people who have ALL been kind to me and most of all my Dad. The communication is key to me and they have been great in starting this process. So thankful to have the team on board!!!
Horrible people
Everyone we have dealt with at Elara has been truly exceptional- from the receptionists to the nursing and PT staff it is clear we are dealing with a top notch organization. With an ill parent, and us kids being far away in different states, it is an enormous comfort knowing there is such a professional, caring and hugely competent team in place. A huge shout-out to Linda in PT and Dan and Sue in nursing. You all are the best!!
