Their staff were kind , compassionate , and knowledgeable in caring for my dad, and 2 uncles. I wouldn't choose any other hospice company if my family needed hospice again.

Horrible customer service! Scheduling of employees is horrendous.. nobody seems to know what is going on. Seems like there is poor to no communication between employees then employees seem eager to throw each other under the bus. Employees double scheduled for visits or not showing up, not always calling the day before (as per THEIR policy) to schedule a visit and just showing up asking if we're home because they are sitting in front of our house. Sadly my father passed today. He had been under the care of Elara for around six months... maybe longer. The care that he received was excellent from what I experienced. The nursing staff was always courteous and willing to answer all of our answers when they were asked. They were always caring. The Chaplain was also essential and visited quite a bit to check up on my father and mother. Our family really could not ask for more. And most of the staff traveled from an hour or more away.
