I told Heidi in CT that no one is welcome here until we get answers. Initially, she seemed willing to help by contacting UCONN, but then she reverted to the unhelpful, dismissive attitude. When she said your services can't diagnose and suggested working with our uninformative PCP, I lost my temper. She obviously wasn't listening to me.
