I have talked to I am blue in the face. This is the worst service we get. Never know when the provider going to come in and work. Take off when she wants too. When she does work, she is good with brother, very kind to him. But she leaves without telling anyone. Take long lunch breaks. I don't get back up help when provider don't show. No phone calls, no call return when I call office. My brother is 24/7 care. He is like a 2-yr old in a 69-yr body, cannot walk, or speak for his self.
