Failed to their promises, we took a home and land package at Grange Avenue Marsden Park. They said the registration is in 1 year and we waited 3 years and had to withdraw from them. And in turn they dint give our deposited money. Even after multiple phone calls and emails they did not respond. Dont trust them.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT build with them. They do NOT communicate. They do NOT fulfil their part of the contract - but expect you to complete your parts. Do NOT care about your concerns (but know how to chase you for a payment). Cannot even rectify simple issues … a whole year waiting for little things to be completed. OH and when a building inspector found a noncompliance with the house, denied it. Are currently 1 month into our 3 month defect period and guess what ? Ghosted by Elante Homes! I built my house with Elante 4 and half years ago. I had a great experience with them. They not only built the house in time but gave me very good quality products for my home. They were very prompt in all regards. No maintainence issues or leaks in my home.
Was a very easy process working with Jasvir on one of his custom new homes. The process throughout the build was very streamline, he was punctual and answered all my questions. Will be working with him in the future. Thanks
