They installed my system as a new build and serviced it after that. It is still under warranty and needs a new coil. Each time the technician was Russ. He is fantastic!!! He is extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He fixed my issues in no time and was extremely communicative on future issues. They’re busy so sometimes it may take a day or two to come out but well worth it and very fairly priced. Highly recommend!
Kevin came out to do a routine inspection for us. He is very knowledgeable, kind and honest. He explained everything clearly and completed all the work in a timely manor. Kevin was professional and kind. He shared routine maintenance times with me and while talking I asked if he would complete all the suggested services while he was already here. Kevin was happy to help and did a great job! I will definitely be calling Elander every year to have Kevin come out and service our HVAC system. Thanks Kevin!
