Just read the other reviews. This place is disgusting, the trash and fallen trees on their property is never picked up. Nothing in the apartments ever gets fixed. The rent is insanely high for what you get. The smell of rotten eggs and weed is everywhere. Avoid at all costs.
DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. I lived here during the pandemic from 2019 to 2020 - It was hell. There was a severe black mold issue in the apartment and they refused to do anything about it. They would come in to "test" it and say there was no mold despite black mold being on the windows, walls and appliances. I got so sick while I lived here that I was in and out of the emergency room constantly and had to quit my job. They wouldn't let me out of the lease. I finally put $500 on a credit care and hired a different company to come in... read more
The management is very poor, rude and inconsiderate. They will not give your security deposit back, I paid this in full with receipts. They will not allow me to see my file or to receive my security deposit. No issues left in the apartment upon leaving. They will make any and every excuse behind it. You cant even take the issues higher up than the office to Capano Inc because they are just as bad. Wanda is the first person people see when visiting, she is nasty and unapproachable. My husband and I have lived there for 3 years and we moved out about a month ago. The new management is 100% reflective of corporate businesses taking advantage of every nickel and dime we have. If you do moved there please be aware there is nothing luxury about Eland Downe. The trash is a disgusting pile of nonsense every single weekend. The compactor is constantly broken.
