I was a new patient and I asked for a basic adjustment on my back. I let them know I was in a lot of pain and they didn't seem to care. After being there for two hours and not getting treatment, they had me schedule an appointment for the next day. I went back and they used a machine on me that didn't do anything to help me. I then received a bill for $289. I will never recommend anyone to go there. Terrible business practices.
The staff at ELANCO are very nice. But, I had about 11 appointments and did not get relief from my foot pain. I went to another chiropractor and got relief after my first appointment. Now I have an expensive bill to pay.

Hi Naomi, I have been a patient here for over 8 years and I know after the first several visits I actually felt worse. but I kept on the suggested treatment and it slowly started to get better and if I listen I feel great.. Just maybe the treatments were working , because I find it hard to believe that just in one treatment any pain can disappear, at least in my experience. June W.
