Seresto cat collars are unsafe. My cat got her jaw through the collar and it wedged in her mouth while we were gone for a few hours. It didn't break or ratchet open. I couldn't pull it open or break it; I had to cut it off. She required emergency care for multiple lacerations, trauma to the back of her neck and her mouth, and we won't know for a while if she has permanent damage to her mandibular nerve.
