We've had dogs since 1991. 2 Beagles, a Cockapoo, and 4 Shih Tzus. We've always used K9 Advantix II for their flea and tick treatment and never had any issues. However; one of our current Shih Tzus has suffered neurological damage from it. She's 6 years old and weighs 11 pounds. I used the small dog dose. Her left front leg has muscle spasms periodically. THEY ARE FAKE, THEY HAVE NO SMELL AND I EVEN TASTED IT AND IT TASTES LIKE WATER!!!!!!
Our cat was recommended Profender (an Elanco product). Our young cat had terrible symptoms from it, and please wish others do not use this product. Elanco then emailed asking me to call into 1800 support during my work hours. Please avoid this company.
