Our cat was recommended Profender (an Elanco product). Our young cat had terrible symptoms from it, and please wish others do not use this product. Elanco then emailed asking me to call into 1800 support during my work hours. Please avoid this company.
Very disappointed in the fact I cannot find a full list of ingredients for any of the flea and tick meds that are created by Elanco. I have looked all over the internet as well as Elanco and Advantage websites. This is highly concerning since it only shows the two active ingredients. What are we putting on our animal babies?! And people wonder why our fur babies are getting sick or having seizures.
I have been waiting almost 3 months for a rebate that was promised in 3 to 4 weeks. Have called numerous times and they are no help. My rebate has been saying in process since 3/17. The first one came in right away, but was only for $20. I bought a 90 day supply the second time and I guess because it's more they don't want to send it out. Their rebate amounts are sketchy because everything you see has one amount and doesn't say anything about a tiered amount and then you have to click on a link to get to the tiers.
