The Realtor Melissa (Black lady with short messy hair) who showed the place was very unprofessional, she was late, then after showing the apartment and receiving my application, she explained the application fee was wavered and could leave a $65 holding deposit after I found out if I was approved or not, she waited till I got all the way home a hr later and said she submitted my application and paperwork and would need the $65 Monday order to process, I reiterated what she initially stated and she apologize and explained it ... read more
