Too much to detail in one post. Curious as to how people feel post initial move-in; or after having lived here a few months? Maybe it's just me?
To start off, I have enjoyed living at Elan for the most part and the access to King Soopers is amazing. The amenities are nice and the location cannot be beat. I was one of the first residents to move in summer of 2015. At this time there were not a high number of residents so amenities worked out perfect as it seemed there were just enough to keep public areas full. Seriously the best customer service I have ever encountered. I relocated to Denver from Iowa and had already paid upfront rental fees at a place in uptown and ended up switching to Elan and eating that money because of the amazing service. Kip and Luisa in the leasing office went above and beyond for me. The place is amazing and the location is so perfect. I have 2 German shepards and it's short walk to grass for them to go potty and there is an off leash dog park really close. This place is pricey but you pay for what you g... read more

The building is one of the best laid out places I have every seen and or lived at.....my new never lived in apartment is just breath taking....the staff over the top......
