Unfortunately this property has taken a turn for the worst. They landscaping has been abandoned, the hall carpet is full if dog urinating stains, vomit and diarrhea. The amenities have been removed. And the pool is closed 50% of the time for maintenance 😞

Met with Melanie who was extremely friendly and helpful. I expressed my concerns about the reviews and she was able to put my mind at ease. They are now under new management and assured me I would enjoy living at Alara. My move in date is planned for November so I will be sure to update my review once I'm all moved in. We lived here for 2 years and the first year everything was great and worked well. As soon as they sold and replaced the management team it went downhill. The office staff are only interested in selling and don't help at all if you already live there. The pool was broken more often than it was working and the printer didn't work for the last 6 months I lived there. It's meant to be "luxury" living but the only thing luxury is the cost of rent.

Just read the reviews��. Can't find many positive comments anywhere since the original owner sold the building. WAS a pretty nice place. Original owner sold it and the new company and its management are just doing a very, very poor job. It's a shame but at least there are many other options in the neighborhood.
