I had a disappointing experience with this leasing company. Communication was consistently poor, and it was difficult to get timely responses to my questions and concerns. I also tried to discuss the rent to see if there was any flexibility, but they were unwilling to work with me or offer any adjustment. Maintenance closes out orders without actually completing them and does nothing that is asked of them when something goes wrong.
I have been a resident since 2023, and recently downsized from a 3-bedroom to a 2-bedroom new model unit, moving in on May 1 of this year. Since moving into this new unit, the experience has been horrible. I have never had to submit so many service requests in such a short period I have it in at least 20 or more request I am incredibly disappointed with the ongoing issues.
Recently my personal vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. There are security gates, but they are constantly broken!!!! Never works as should!!!! allowing anyone to enter the community and do as they please. There are no security cameras either!!! Suspicious people can often be seen walking around the neighborhood at night. It is no longer a safe or peaceful place to live with your family. This place has become very dangerous to live in. They charge a high rent for nothing in return…. Be aware of this community.
