I could not be happier with my experience at 33 West Apartments. Beautiful place, safe, clean and Diane was very helpful.
We don’t know if the issue has been resolved. It’s the third time in two months since we moved into the new apartment that we’re having issues with this washer dryer and because we weren’t home when someone came to look at it we don’t know if it’s fixed or not, because nobody reaches out to us to let us know if it was resolved if we weren’t in the unit when they came over
