Since the Management company changed from Greystar to ZRS I have noticed a TREMENDOUS difference. Everyone in the office is so nice, welcoming and accommodating. Love living here and so happy they decided to switch management companies.
They should have guest parking. My friends came to the apt and they received a ticket for parking here which is not fair.
Poor maintenance. Terrible management.
