NASTY OFFICE AND DOCTOR NOT DEDICATED
My issue is not with the doctor, but with the selfish administration mindset of his business... I called for a surgery follow-up appointment due to current condition change after 4 years; no appt time was open for 5 weeks due to Dr's vacation schedule, I set my appt 6 weeks out. I "confirmed" to a text rec'd 2 days prior to appt. Then, less than 24 hrs to appt, I rec'd phone call asking if 'any change to my insurance coverage'. I can’t say enough positive things about my cataract surgery from dr Rosenblatt .Dr Rosenblatt was exceptional professional ,explained everything regarding the procedure. At the Surgical center they were all professional and caring. After my surgery durning my post op visit Dr Rosenblatt put away all my fears regarding my sight. And after todays visit I can very happily say my sight is 20 20 in that eye. I’m beyond happy with my experience.
5 STARS for Dr Rosenblat and his staff - Half a year ago saw the Dr - my eyesight was not as good as it should be. I suspected cataracts. Dr Rosenblat said when it effects your everyday life take care of it - I was hesitant - 6 months later I was back. Dr was just as caring and easy to talk to. Given all options. His staff is fantastic. They set up all appointments, called insurance. About to have second cataract surgery and have no trepidations whatsoever.Dr. Rosenblat is a gentle, caring professional who made a potentially stressful first surgery simple. In addition, his aftercare was made easy not only by his professionalismbut with the help of a wonderful office staff!
Dr. Rosenblat is a great listener. He can evaluate the situation and prescribe the best course of action needed. In an emergency, he responds immediately and appropriately. Another bonus is the best office staff I have ever encountered.
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a shoddy insurance provider (Cigna EPO Connect- avoid this like the plague). To make matters worse I somehow fell through the cracks with the doctor/office I had originally chosen. I could not get the her to return my phone calls, and my concern over my quickly failing eyesight led Dr. Rosenblat's office due to his perfect healthgrades score. He and his staff are terrific.
