I just got my toe nails done here with gel and they didn't turn out so good. They chipped the first night and parts of my big toe nails weren't even painted all the way. She didn't do what I asked for either and said she couldn't fix them after the final coat was put on but didnt ask my opinion before putting the final coat on knowing i wanted more added to my nails then she said i can get what i wanted done next time. I liked the way I got my massage, the only thing I didn't like was that the lady had a bad attitude, not good customer service, I give her a 50% customer service. She hurt my little toe.
The owner is rude and mean. All she cares about is money.
I used to come here all the time, stopped due to another one being closer to my home. Usual place was closed so I came back here. I am 40 weeks pregnant and wanted a good pedicure. Got the deluxe one. The man puts the lotion on and immediately got the hot towels. He puts them on and then wipes off all the lotion. I ask are you going to message? He said no. I love my nails but I’ll never pay in cash ever again. My total came to $130 which was fine. I got a pedicure and a full set. I ALWAYS tip each person that takes care of me, which is usually $10 (I think that’s reasonable). Anyways, I gave my nail tech $160, and she never gave me my change back. She tipped herself an additional $10 or either split between herself and the person who did my pedicure. Whatever the case, I never got my change back because she walked away before I realized it and before I could say anything.
