Beware! Over the last year we've had tons of crime and even a reportedrape in this property. Our car has personally been damaged twice for $2,500. There is no community feeling and management does not address crime or drug issues fast enough. There are also many other more basic issues like parking, poor amenities, etc but to me that's mute considering the huge crime issues that exist.
