RecommendedWe’ve been here for I can’t even count but anyway it’s worth living here especially having kids elementary school, middle school and a High school with a community HEB. The staff at Elan is awesome yes we’ve seen some new faces but everyone that comes through helps a lot. I have lived close to 13 years at Elan Gardens apartments .Josie and Lilly are outstanding managers and assistant manager. . The two professionals I've listed above have to put up w constant work and my hat literally goes off to each of them for there ethical work.
I lived here for several years and I don’t know where management gets the balls big enough to complain about every little thing while simultaneously never wanting to repair anything wrong with the apartment. Broken ACs go months before they agree to look at them, but leave a sock in the balcony and you’ll receive a notice to remove within 24hrs. The electrical fuse in one of the rooms needed to be replaced and the manager never agreed to repair it. Power had to be drawn from hallway. She also yelled at me in front of other p... read more

Apartments are great, friendly neighbors but the people in the management office are horrible they are very rude and takes long periods of time to get things fixed its veryhard to get there attention especially if your waiting but over all the apartment alone are very nice on the inside and very big
I love my new place!� office staff are the best.
