Dr. Poole is just incompetent. My family will never go here again. I called my regular eye doctor in Gainesville to see if they could fit me for Gas Permeable multifocal lenses. They said they didn’t so I googled to see if Elan Eye did. My husband and one of my boys has gone to see them last year when I was out of town and getting my sons contact prescription unlocked from them so we could use our eye benefit (have to buy them online) was the first negative experience. First time here. Very laid back atmosphere. Liked the office set up. We have found a new optometrist for my family!
This was our first visit. We found the Doctor & his staff to be very nice & professional. My wife & I feel sure we have found the right place for eye exams & eye ware. We would recommend them to friends & family!
I went in with my son yesterday and they were great. The staff and the doctor were very nice. They are very good at what they do and very patient with my son. I will definitely be going here and recommend my family to go there also.
Staff is very knowledgable, and helpful. They answered any and all my questions and helped me understand exactly what my family and I needed. They were able to perform and exam on my entire family, help select new glasses and process everything with insurance, and was all done in a reasonable time.
The app was 4:40 basic eye exam didn't get out until 6:40 the doctor was only with my son a total of 30min. Way expensive even with insurance. It may closer but we will be going back to Modern Eyes across from the mall.
