My wife and I have been living here for over two months now and have loved it. Ajani and Heather are courteous, available, proactive, and extremely helpful. The facilities are nice and expansive, maintenance is responsive and simple to request, and the overall living experience has been excellent. I recently renewed my lease at Elan East for the third time. The office management and maintenance team (shoutout to Heather and Dan!) are excellent and make you feel at home. They're very professional, pro-active communicators, and genuinely care about the resident experience. I really love the walkable community, bus route access, and how close EE is to everything I need. I've lived in a few Austin apartments, and EE has easily been my favorite. :)
Maintenance is on point here 10/10
I have lived here for a year, and the leasing staff/maintenance is always amazing! I have never had a maintenance request sit longer than an hour without some sort of communication/update. Coming from an apartment that would take 3+ days to fix one issue, this was super important for me when looking for an apartment, and elan has gone above and beyond to beat those expectations! Maintenance staff is super sweet as well :)
Elan East is an outstanding community with a staff that goes above and beyond. I would particularly like to commend Heather for her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Her support has made my experience here exceptional!
