I have a very nice experience living on the property. Every staff we interacted was really friendly and happy to help. In particular, I’d like to shout out to Theresa Arredondo. I was out of town but didn't notice the auto feeder for my pet was running empty. Theresa was super nice and didn't hesitate for a second to help us, even when it was almost the end of the day. We really appreciate she got our back and really made us feel supported. Great place and awesome people. I really recommend to check it out.
I lived in Elan in the past year - Pros: 1. Tennis courts are very well-maintained and I really love it. 2. The maintenance team and the leasing office is very supportive. Usually they will send maintenance on the same day for a quick repair. If you have any questions during the business hours, stop by and you are very welcomed. Cons: 1. Squeaky and thin floors. I just moved in 3 weeks ago. Wow, two water shut-off from 2pm-10pm in the SAME WEEK this week. My unit is also old and lacks maintenance. When I got the unit, the cabinet doors under the sink in the guest bathroom were missing. A bunch of power sockets don't work. The bathroom mirror has serious desilvering. The gyms are tiny. I had an amazing experience working with Sean at the leasing office at Elan River Oaks. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
