This is by far the noisiest apartment complex I've ever lived in. The noise is constant, and management seems to have little regard for residents' peace and quiet. There always seems to be some kind of construction or reconstruction going on, with constant hammering, drilling, and banging throughout the day. On top of that, they regularly do "power cleaning" on weekends using extremely loud equipment.
