Living at Elan at River Oaks was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. If you want a quiet, clean, and well-kept community, this is not it. The noise is constant. Landscaping crews start with leaf blowers around 8 AM and seem to run them almost every day, blasting dust and debris toward the buildings. Trash pickup, construction, and renovation work add to the chaos. During my stay, fire alarm testing happened 6 times, which made things even worse. Maintenance was just as bad. Hands down! Sylvia gave us the best tour ever! She is the friendliest person we've met in this area, not all she was very patient and answered all of our questions
We started our new apartment tour in November 2025 and Lance hosted us for a trip. He gave us a very detailed introduction to the available apartments and gave us very careful, very detailed instructions on which apartment might be under our budget and how to easily get access to the apartment we want to tour. We finally made the decision early in January this year, and Lance was very helpful. We communicated a lot over email, and we always got a timely response.
