We’ve had a great experience at Elan at River Oaks. The environment is beautiful, quiet, and very well maintained, and the location is excellent. The maintenance team is prompt and does high-quality work. The office staff is also very professional and responsive. Dmitriy Kobzanets has been always courteous, attentive, and quick to follow up. His professionalism and willingness to help make a real difference. You should promote him.
