REVIEW ONLY FOR MAINTENANCE. The maintenance crew has always been made up of some great people but today a young man named Jose helped us with some work orders for our unit, he was kind, professional, diligent and very helpful. Thankful Elan hires such great techs.
I moved in yesterday, and so far I have nothing but good things to say. The staff are very helpful and easily reachable by phone. When I had issues with the apartment (door and air conditioner issues upon move-in), one of the staff members, Lance, was quick to help me resolve the problem and came to inspect the issues in the apartment 5-10 minutes after I phoned. Super friendly and great service from Lance, Sean, and all the staff members I interacted with!
This apartment is nothing but disaster since we move in, no air condition, broken closet when we started. Leaf blowing so noisy, alarms going off all the time, and the worst construction been going on almost 3 weeks above our unit, management doesn’t care if you work night shift/days, they just sent notice all the time for construction notice doesn’t even have a clue on completion date. Lance was amazing! He patiently guided us through the whole process and even took us back to see the first apartment when we were confused between two options so we could compare better. He explained everything clearly, helped us secure a good deal, and made the application process super smooth. Highly recommend working with him!
I have started living in this society since a week and let me tell you that I am extremely pleased with the community. Right from the initial experience of visiting the property, I was helped by Lance from the leasing team and he was a delight to every prospective tenant out there.
