I’ve lived here for almost a year and while some aspects of the complex are great, it is an apartment that is at significant elevation and the complex has had an out-of-commission elevator for 5 months with no sign of repairs anytime soon. I have to climb 5 flights of stairs every day to get to my apartment and I’m frankly very tired of it. But should be unacceptable for a vital piece of equipment like that to be out of service for this long. The staff at Elan 41 has always been fast and efficient in resolving any issues for maintenance to issues with the grounds. Carl is a very nice employee and I'm glad he's here!
I lived here for almost a year. And it’s been great and very convenient! Carl and team is great, fast and efficient when it comes to maintaining my apartment and the grounds of apartment complex, making sure it’s safe for my 1 year old to run around freely if we wanted safely.
For this maintenance request, the technician really went above and beyond by completely replacing an antiquated and inefficient bathroom light fixture, not just the bulb. The fixture that was in place was non-standard, and I kept burning through the bulbs, making it a constant headache. The maintenance technician took care of the problem with care and helped me with another maintenance request for a different kitchen cabinet door. An all-around job well done!!
Amazing. I honestly couldn’t be happier with our choice to move into the Elan building. My wife and I had just moved to west Seattle and feel really fortunate that we were able to find our place here. It’s affordable, very affordable compared to most of the other apartments/town homes near by. But aside from that they have really really nice layouts.
