UPDATE: it's 4yrs later and I just talked to another person who moved to my building from Elon 41 due to major water leak issues and shady landlords. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Starting from the first day of my lease with hardware falling off the walls and the requested fixes done wrong (they fell off again)... It was clear that Elan 41 does not keep up maintenance on the building. Looking for new apartment just moved here from Clark County Utah, im not sure if im naive but is it normal here to have amazing looking apartments with great views ,convenience of everything to walk to but at same time question how certain tenants AND based on their comings and goings crowd how they manage to stay living here. Such a perfect place if I wasn't so picky on my surrounding neighbors ugh
I’ve lived here for almost a year and while some aspects of the complex are great, it is an apartment that is at significant elevation and the complex has had an out-of-commission elevator for 5 months with no sign of repairs anytime soon. I have to climb 5 flights of stairs every day to get to my apartment and I’m frankly very tired of it. But should be unacceptable for a vital piece of equipment like that to be out of service for this long. The staff at Elan 41 has always been fast and efficient in resolving any issues for maintenance to issues with the grounds. Carl is a very nice employee and I'm glad he's here!
I lived here for almost a year. And it’s been great and very convenient! Carl and team is great, fast and efficient when it comes to maintaining my apartment and the grounds of apartment complex, making sure it’s safe for my 1 year old to run around freely if we wanted safely.
