I will NEVER use Elam Real Estate again. They never let me know what was going on. They had an open house and didn't even let me know, I came home to a sign in front of my house and had to contact them. There were MULTIPLE no calls no shows, which seemed REALLY off. The agent (Brad El**) offered me to sign a POA several times after I had said no. I said up front I was not paying closing cost for buyer. Eliam Realtor is awesome They didn't even know me. And read an add on a neighborhood site .Saying I needed help moving because I have COPD and had been sick with covi and since covi I wasn't back to good health. Lost my job because of covi .I had no way of moving. They went out of there way to help moved me out drove over 60 miles back and forth to move me.
