My boyfriend and I have been here for only a few months. When we first saw the place, we fell in love. I really love the apartment. There are a couple problems. The parking isn't great. The spots are small and definitely not enough of them for everyone. Have to park on the street which is always packed. Not only that, but it isn't very safe. Compared to other apartments, this place is pretty great. There is offsite management, and they are hard to get in contact with (they dont answer the phone, and when I leave a voicemail I never get a call back), but otherwise its not too bad. Main complaint is having to park on the street if you have more than one car (with no option to buy another), and that there is people constantly digging though the trash.
