Our twice sons (DeJuan and Dewayne Palmer) were victims of Dr. Howard S.,Schneider's of Jacksonville subpar dental work when they were only 2 years old because they were on Medicaid back then. After I found a good job with some really good dental insurance, me and my wife immediately left Dr. Schneider's practice because of the distance of travel and customer service at his practice. We had our first visit to this dentist a well our so ago and it was probably one of the best doctor experiences I've had with my kids. I have a 4 year old who is scared of all things new. She cries and literally crawls up me to get away. They were so patient with her letting her touch everything, they let me sit with her and took things slow. My daughter had her first dental visit today and the staff and Dr.Martinez was awesome! Office was so pretty and kid friendly for sure. Definitely will continue seeing this dentist for my daughter.
The service my daughter received was and is amazing! They were kind ,accommodating,excellent, compassionate, caring professionals! They always make sure my daughter is comfortable and feels safe. My daughter never fears her next dental visit, in fact she is always excited for her next visit! Also I drive 45 minutes just so my daughter can go to Dr.Martinez's dental office
