You always know what to do.
The examination process and staff was informative and therral. Very pleased with that section. Very disappointed with picking frames and delivety of new glasses. Very rude lady. After 5 weeks and no glasses check in only to be told the order hadn't been recieved. It would be another 3 to 5 weeks. They had no problem taking the money for the frames and glasses. Very upsetting.
