The practice as a whole is very nice and fairly easy to get in and out of. I had the unfortunate experience of seeing Elaine only twice in about 3 years but both times the experiences were less than helpful or pleasant. Both times I was left feeling unheard and misunderstood. Rather than listening to what I was saying and what I felt I needed she went right to pushing pills.
