Such a lovely shop! Rachel was incredibly patient and knowledgable about which bracelet and charms would work best for me and she redid my bracelet a few times so I could get it just right!
The best experience by far! I first went there with my best friend to get poetic forever bracelets. We had such a wonderful time that I decided to go back again, this time bringing my mom and sister along with me.
Natalie was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Heather and Katie do amazing work. I had an custom engagement ring done at Elaine B and Heather is so hands on throughout the entire process never leaving you second guessing about a decision. She is very patient and takes time to genuinely think through a project and a vision with you.
