Awful and Against the law Just ate lunch at this restauran for the first time. I will never go back. The food was over priced, cold and tasted old. Ordered lunch fajitas without rice and beans. The waiter brought them out on a cold plate and without tortillas, not on a skillet like the other tables. The meat was already cold. Come eat and have fun!!! My husband and I like a place that has a friendly atmosphere and good food where we can relax on a "date nite" or go to celebrate special occassions with our kids (ages 11 to 20). El Vaquero is great!! We go about every other Friday and have an appetizer, drinks and dinner before playing Trivia. We love it!! And the waiters and waitresses are super. Usually ok, but fail below standards on last visit Have been several times, but last time, food over seasoned. After comparing tasting of food and slight stomach, we came to the conclusion that the meat had gotten old and they were trying to mask the taste of the old meat.
LOVED IT!!! I was driving down peachtree industrial today and noticed El Vaquero Mexican Rest. I was very impressed with the environment, it was dimmed with candels all over the place, they had live music that sang music in spanish and english!! The food was very authentic and had the best margaritas i have tasted since i mived down from California!! The staff was great and very attentive... I highly recommed this place!
Never Again I went to this restaurant with my friends after only working half a day and was expecting some good food and fun. This restaurant didn??t even come close to satisfaction. After 20 minutes of wait time and the inability to stay awake because it was so dark in there, our food finally came. nice place This is one of the good mexican places north of Atlanta. The fajitas are good and the beer is cold. The service and parking are good as well. We'll be back.
