I would NOT recommend coming here during a dinner service when the place is busy. The manager is horrible at managing the customers and his staff at peak times. Food is good but not worth the trouble of going there during a Friday or Saturday night. The manager literally started using fold out tables to extend upon the actual tables. People were sitting within inches of one another. Like I said, good food, but going forward I will only ever go there during non peak dining hours.
waiter were standing on a food counter to fill the margarita container while another employee was getting ice tea out of the container next to him.
Could improve in costumer service i will be contacting corporate on how i was treated tonight.
First time visit, went with a mobile coupon and they wouldn’t accept. Not apologetic. Disappointing they can’t honor a coupon they provide.
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTELY MOST DISCUSSING PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE BEEF TACOS. IDK WHATS WORSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE FOOD. 10/10 DO NOTTTTTT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
Usually stop there two or three times a year and drink Jarritos. Even though it was on the Menu, they no longer carry it. The food we ordered came right out, the rice was dry and my Chili Rellenos tasted like it it was frozen then microwaved, with the pepper being had to cut and eat.
Service was slow and then we were asked to leave stating there was a wait, but there were empty tables by us. Very rude!
Used to eat there all of the time! Meet clients there, have Birthday dinners. Today we were asked to leave after 3 hours because other people needed the table. There were 2 empty tables next to us. Manager said the server was wrong but they were busy so I should understand. Next time I will take my business elsewhere.
