Very Delicious Tacos and Mariscos, had the Lengua and Asada tacos are amazing as well.
The food tasted good but that's the only positive. I had steak fajitas. The plate came and it seemed rather large, but it was mostly peppers and onions, barely any steak. The steak was overcooked a bit so it was on the dry and chewy side. There were fruit flies buzzing around and landing in our food. The service was terrible. El Vado #2 is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Lake Zurich! My family loves their tacos - onions and cilantro only - but their burritos, enchiladas, tamales and fajitas are also fantastic. Plus the service is exceptional! Highly recommend!!
