The Pollo Con Chorizzo is very good, especially if you sweeten it up with some pineapple. The Hawaiian Fajitas are also well worth ordering. What makes our Taco Tuesday trips most worthwhile though is the service we receive from Tara. She already knows our orders for our table of four and only has to quickly check and make sure we're on for the "usual". She makes sure our food is right, the glasses stay full and that the while experience is great. Tara makes the difference!
