This place had to be one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant.. None of our food came out together it was only 3 of us, it was staggered for some odd reason.. and the food that came out last look like it sat under a warmer so long the top was burnt. The waitress was useless and couldn't comprehend the problem. They offered no resolution.. basically a shoulder shrug. Then we get the bill and they add 18% for a party of three.. Shady business dealings... food was good, service was a little slow but still good. The part that is receiving the 1 star is the 18% gratuity being added "for parties of 1 or larger." This is NOT normal business practices. I would understand if it were there for larger parties, but in my case it was not clear that this was being added and not noticed until I got back to my hotel. Check your food. I asked for chicken and they gave me Beef. Also half of the bean splil in the bag for carry out. A sloppy waste of money and time for 18.00 dollars. Very poor customer service if I have to check my carry out order before leaving because some one preparing the food doesn't give a crap about nothing but collecting your money
