This restaurant is excellent!! The salsa and the sangria is to die for! This is some of the most authentic Mexican Food that I have tasted! The owners Reuben & Connie are very nice people. You must eat at this restaurant!
We vacation in Siesta Key once a year, and our first stop is at El Toro Bravo. The only thing better than the food is the warm hospitality shown by Ruben, the owner. Best restaurant around...you won't be disappointed.
I love going here! Reuben and Connie are wonderful people and the food is excellent! Moved from San Antonio, TX so we know great Mexican food. Best in town by far.
We found this little spot 3 years ago - based on a recommendation of a friend in our neighborhood. The friend recommended their #1 - 2 enchiladas, one taco, rice and beans.....we have had it a couple times a month ever since....haven't had the courage to try anything else. Ruben the owner has a great staff - wife Connie is a hostess most nights, son is a waiter.....it's so worth the wait to get in. It's a "first pick" of restaurants when our kids and grandkids visit too!! 5 STARS FOR EL TORO!!!
First time here today!! Had lunch and loved the food and the owner Ruben, is top notch and welcoming! Its in a little strip mall in south Sarasota but its honestly the Best Mexican food I've ever had!!!
Wow! Tonight was our first visit to El Toro Bravo and we were absolutely delighted with food and service. This little restaurant tucked into a strip of other buildings surprised us with the outstanding, fresh tasty food and the excellent, friendly service. We were so lucky to find this little jewel.
The only thing better than the authentic New Mexico style dishes is the owner Ruben. He always makes you feel welcome and you'll look forward to the next time you can eat at El Toro Bravo!
Awesome place!! The staff, food and atmosphere is great! Ruban always makes my friends and I feel like family!
