My favorite place it get mexican. Dine in or take home its always delicious.
Have been eating at “ET” for about 30 years and still love their consistently great and authentic food! Without a doubt the best Mex around. The 3 brothers who own and run it must do everything right to keep the same staff and cooks for more than the last 20+ years. A testament to their success, for sure! We moved from Redmond a few years ago and, having found no place that compares, crave their food so much that we make the nearly 60 mile round trip very often to get our “fix.” Simply no better Mexican food around!
Tastes like home cooking!! Their Chile Verde is amazing....

Sorry, but Matador is not Mexican food. El Toreador is our Redmond place for super yummy Mexican food on the Eastside. And their Horchata is #1
I loved the pico degillo, red salsa and green verde! I ordered the chicken enchiladas and beef burritos. The flavors were amazing. The only thing I was disappointed about was the size. Very "chicito", wish the burritos and enchiladas were larger. The chicken was moist and the beef was seasoned just right. Great food!
This is the first time my brother and I came here! We are very happy with the customer service and very very good food! We loved the chips and salsa and we both had the Sizzling Chicken/Steak Fajitas! So yummy! We will be back! And sending more customers! 😁
