The best haircut ever!
I’m thrilled with the coloring done by Elena. She uses high-quality dyes and products, and I was very surprised by the odorless lightener. Elena carefully selected the colors and technique, and my hair didn’t become brittle after the coloring. For the first time working with hair that had been dyed with a level-6 mass-market dye, the result exceeded my expectations — and I didn’t have to sit for 8+ hours like in many other salons.
Came with natural healthy hair, left with extremely over-processed, damaged half of it because Elena put 40% bleach on half of it and left me in foils for 45 minutes to take care of another client. Elena offered to correct it, but her proposed solution was to bleach the last healthy part to match the bleached strands, and I just couldn’t imagine doing more damage to my hair.
