Service was really bad and the beer was warm. Food was average and the servers seemed like they did not want to be there. It was real sad.
Used to be my favorite place to go eat some good Mexican food. The service is terrible now, and the food has lost it's quality as well. I had to send a piece of carne asada back three times before it was cooked right. Not to mention attitude from the wait staff for asking for the food to be fixed.
My husband and I just stopped by to have dinner. We were seated right away but after 10 minutes we hadn't been served chips and salsa or even asked about our drinks. They weren't very busy and at three different occasions servers we walking down the aisle checking in with other customers. We've loved coming here in the past but I can't say we'll be making a trip back anytime soon.
I have eaten at this restaurant many times and enjoyed the food. The customer svc has been satisfactory . This visit however has left me with a bad feel. The food for what ever reason wasn't as good as before. I expressed this to the manager who was also the server and she mentioned that if she gave us credit on the $3 item that she would have to pay for it.
