Went to pick an order up and the manager was at the register while my order was on the window sill. That jerk was texting and then left without acknowledging me. And he's suppose to be the manager? Really well that tells you why there are so many bad reviews with this place. I left a message for the owners daughter to complain and she never responded. They must not care either.
The food was good the red beers served in giant glasses were so cold and refreshing
They have great food. We loved it. Me and my fenancee love going there to eat. Good service too.
This place is unacceptable for service, I called two nights in a row before 9:30, and was told I couldn't order a plate of 5 tacos to go, and they supposedly close at 10pm
We left before our food arrived because the staff were very unfriendly. It's like we did something wrong. The vibe was strong like they didn't like us. Our first waitress apparently didn't want us so we were assigned another waiter. The first waiter wasn't friendly as it was but it was strange. I recommended this restaurant because I was a regular at the El Tapatio in Arvada. I was embarrassed recommending this place as a suggestion. Slap in the face for me.
